About Jin Shin Jyutsu: No matter what trials and tribulations life presents, this beautiful and  gentle art was given to connect us with the precious love and light that lies within each one of us. JSJ is a form of acupressure;  applied over clothing, helping to harmonize the energy flows in the body. It rejuvenates the organ function energies, releases mental, physical stress and also fatigue. It addresses the unwanted side effects while going through chemo- therapy and radiation.

 Sophia Matrix Lymphatic-Fascia Technique, invented by Ariane Zappe- Germany, is a profound lymph drainage that is first applied to the abdomen with slow, precise and deep movement and further addresses limbs, arms, the back and or the face. It also helps with digestive issues, as in constipation. It is recommended to have a series of 3 treatments consecutively for best results.
