Reservations

A credit card is required to reserve spa appointments.

Online Reservations

Cancelling or changing an appointment
Please call us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

Gratuity
A gratuity may be left at your own discretion in appreciation for exceptional services.

 

Gift Cards
Gift cards may be purchased at the spa reception desk or by telephone.

Return Policy
Products purchased in our Spa Boutique may be returned unopened within 10 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt.

Electronic Devices
To preserve the relaxing environment of the spa, we request that you turn off all cell phones and pagers during your visit.

Mail Order
Enjoy our retail products and bring the Evo Spa experience home with you. Products are available for purchase in our Spa Boutique or by mail order. Please call 415.383.3223 with your requests.
