A credit card is required to reserve spa appointments.

Cancelling or changing an appointment
Please call us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

Gift cards may be purchased at the spa reception desk or by telephone.

Return Policy
Products purchased in our Spa Boutique may be returned within 10 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt, for a store credit.
